Your Inner Voice

"The loudest and most influential voice you hear is your own inner voice, your self-critic. It can work for you or against you, depending on the messages you allow." - Keith Harrell

We all talk to ourselves. Through our thoughts and in our subconscious mind.  We compare ourselves to others and often diminish our own self-worth.  We end up putting ourselves down.  You must remember that the most important words you utter are the ones you say to yourself, about yourself, when you are by yourself. It's important to choose your thoughts carefully. Don't hold yourself back.

Always believe in yourself and always stretch yourself beyond your limits. Your life is worth a lot more than you think and you are capable of accomplishing more than you know. You have more potential than you think, but you will never know your full potential unless you keep challenging yourself and pushing beyond your own self-imposed limits. Don't limit yourself.  A person's worth in this world is estimated according to the value they put on themselves.

Change the way you think and you will change your life. What are the stories you have told yourself as to why you haven’t achieved the things you desire? Write the script of your own life, rehearse it in your mind, then go out and perform it to the best of your ability. If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought. Focus on the good. Focus on the positive. Believe in yourself and your dreams.  Enjoy living your life.  Enjoy being YOU.

Make the right choices. Start today. Make today great!
