Don't Give Up, Don't Give In, Don't Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,

When the funds are low, and the debts are high

Rest, if you must, but don't you quit!

Don't give up though the pace seems slow

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt

And you never can tell how close you are

It may be near when it seems so far

So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit

It's when things seem worse

That you must not quit!

 

We were not made to quit, we were made to overcome. We come from the greatest over-comer that ever lived. The problem with most people is they don't understand what they are going through. They only view things from the surface of their current feeling. They don't see the purpose behind the pain or the obstacle. The most difficult thing to do in life is to experience something and not know how to understand it or interrupt it. What you are going through wasn't designed to make you quit, it was designed to give you what you need in order to reach the next level in your life.

 

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength. Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out if they've got a second. Give your dreams all you've got and you'll be amazed at the energy that comes out of you.
