We're all leaders... If you influence anyone's beliefs, thinking, behavior, or development, then you are engaging in leadership.  If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more...you are a leader. Leaders are made, not born.  Leaders have a sense of missions--vision--that uplifts, motivates and inspires men and women to heights to help them achieve that vision. Leaders make things happen.
