Gratitude

Happy and unhappy people tend to have very similar life experiences. The difference is what they focus on. It's your choice. Approach everything with an Attitude of Gratitude and focus on what you have instead of what you do not.

The best attitude you can possibly aspire to express year-round is one of gratitude and appreciation. Being truly grateful for what is already present in your life will automatically and effortlessly attract more good into your life.
