What's the difference?

A simple evaluation: What is the difference between something that is just "ordinary" to something that is "extraordinary"? Well the answer is in the word...that little something "extra". What little something extra's could you have done that could have made a tremendous difference in your outcome? Maybe you could have given it just a little extra effort...could you have taken a little extra time...paid a little extra money for a quality product or service. Sometimes a little extra can mean a lot!
